Every year Holy Child Academy hosts a benefit and silent auction to support our mission; providing high-quality education to all students. This year, we will continue this tradition with a refreshed layout. Proceeds from this year’s event will support the Annual Fund (Areas of Greatest Need), ensuring we can continue to provide meaningful, mission-driven opportunities for our students and faculty.
We welcome our Grandparents Association to this private event on Friday, February 27th from 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm to browse our auction items while enjoying refreshments. Auction at the Academy; Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Auction at the Academy? Auction at the Academy is Holy Child Academy’s annual community silent auction. It features the same beloved format that families look forward to each year (i.e. wonderful items, friendly competition, and community spirit) now with a refreshed setup to make it even more enjoyable.
What’s new this year? This year, our silent auction display is moving from the MPR to Building 480. Our Grandparents Association is invited to stop in, browse items, and place bids at your convenience. Refreshments (wine/beer and hors d'oeuvres) will be available throughout the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket? No! There is no event ticket required. Simply RSVP, come by Building 480 during the auction hours, and enjoy a relaxed evening of bidding, mingling, and supporting HCA.
Is this still a traditional silent auction?
Yes. All bidding will follow our familiar silent auction format. The location and layout are a bit different, but the experience our community loves remains the same.
Can I still participate if I can’t attend in person? Yes! Online bidding will be available. Please keep a look out for communication sharing the silent auction portal.
What should I wear?
The event is casual and comfortable; come as you are!
