This week, first graders learned about the delicious tradition of Mexican paletas and how they've become a large part of US traditions in many neighborhoods during the warmer seasons! They read Paletero Man by Lucky Diaz and then created their own "paletas" with their favorite colors. See how you can enjoy paletas at home with simple (and healthy) ingredients here!

Reminders!!!

*Kindergarten - Fourth Grade's bowling field trip is Monday, June 3rd.  Students should wear their P.E. uniforms and sneakers.

*Students should wear their P.E. uniforms next Monday and Tuesday.

*Students should wear their full uniforms next Wednesday, June 5th.

*The last day of school is Wednesday, June 5th with a noon dismissal.  There will be no HCA Plus or lunch.
