The Pre-K students really embraced the fall weather this week!

The boys and girls have loved playing in our brand new mud kitchen on the playground. Don't worry, no mud yet - but who knew mulch could be so much fun!

My personal favorite was watching all the early childhood students enjoy playing in the leaves together. The squeals of excitement and pure joy on their faces was amazing! Click here for some video.

We even had an inside picnic for snack one day!

We were so busy working and making some Thanksgiving crafts this week, we forgot to take pictures! Stay tuned next week to see all we have been doing!

• Coffee and Conversation: Montessori Matters is on Tuesday, November 15, at 7:00 pm. This will be an in-person event for adults only. Join us to learn more about the Montessori philosophy and style of education. RSVP here.

• Show and tell will be on Thursday, November 17 and the topic will be something that begins with /r/.

• A message from the HCA leadership team to families:Thank you to everyone who already has submitted responses on our family survey. Your feedback plays an important role in our planning and decision-making. If you have not already done so, please complete the attached survey by Monday, November 21, 2022.  As always, thank you for your engagement and support.

• Looking ahead: There will be a noon dismissal on Tuesday, November 22, with no lunch and no HCA Plus. Thanksgiving break is from Wednesday, November 23 to Sunday, November 27. Classes resume on Monday, November 28.
