Happy Saint Patrick's Day! During our recess time, a "leprechaun" must have made his way down the Early Childhood hallway and into our classrooms leaving a Saint Patrick's Day mess!  He also left us chocolate coins!

The students were introduced to new table work this week.  They are working on place value, rhyming, addition, and spelling skills.  

This week the students used the Montessori Movable Alphabet to write phonetic sentences about what they would wish for!  Let's hope their wishes come true!

We continue to work on the Montessori Bank Game.  Some students are adding into the 100's!

Come journey with us to Oz this weekend as HCA presents The Wizard of Oz on Friday, March 17, and Saturday, March 18, at 7:30 pm! Tickets will be available at the door.

The Wizard of Oz set strike will take place on Sunday, March 19, beginning at 10:00 am. Please join us if you are able!

Parent/teacher conferences will be on Wednesday evening, March 29, and Thursday morning, March 30 (no school for students on 3/30). Please sign up for a time that works best for you. 

Spring/Easter break runs from March 31 through April 10. Classes resume on Tuesday, April 11. 

The HCA LitZine (literary magazine, but cooler) is accepting entries now through April 30. We accept any kind of art (poem, painting, essay, short story, drawing, sketch) that can be printed.  If you have a 3D piece, we accept pictures. All pieces should have been composed or created  this school year either in school or at home. Email submissions to HCA Literary Magazine by April 30.
